What is wrong with unarmed civilians defending themselves against armed government agents?

Let's say that the US has a new abortion ban. Suddenly, a pregnant woman who is driving unarmed is pulled over because she was on her way to an abortion clinic.<br><br>Let's say that the government agent saw the driver's license of the woman and then told her she is under arrest for a capital offense. The woman tells the government agent that she will shoot him should he try to arrest her. The government agent can't shoot her if she points a gun at him, because he is unarmed. The woman then shoots the government agent.<br><br>Is this a crime or is this self defense?
