Research on women in tech: why aren't more women in tech?

I was also in cybersecurity for the government for two years. I am now currently in software engineering for a top tech company (in silicon valley obviously).<br><br>I'm not writing this post to complain or brag. After reading some stories of many women on different chambers threads and social media platforms about the build up of men in tech, why aren't there more women in tech? What's holding you back from joining the tech industry?<br><br>* Advice please *<br>Looking for advice on how to get more women in tech. I have women in tech groups asking for advice on why they never get hired in tech, and what they could do differently. What are some myths that women have about the tech industry? <br><br>*How to get more women in tech* Advice please.
