Just joining this sub and i'm a new student and i want to be efficient with my time and organized. What should i do to be organized and save time?

Hello sub, i'm 9th grader, i just joined this sub bcz i want to be organized and efficient with my time. This year i'm going to have my exams and i'm really worried about it. What should i do to stay organized and save time? I'm really confused bcz i have a lots of work and i'm not able to do all my work which is very frustrating bcz i also want to chill with my friends.  <br>I have 2 free hour everyday in school so i do my homeworks in that free time and it takes me 1 hour and 30 minutes to finish my homeworks. In that free time i just do my homeworks and i don't do anything else and i want to learn some new things in that time but i don't have enough time left after finishing my homeworks so i don't know what should i do.<br><br>EDIT:- i just want to add that i'm with the teacher in those 2 hours so i'm not able to do anything else.<br><br>Thanks in advance!
