Which study method do you think is the most consistently successful and most versatile in helping students achieve good grades in school?

I understand that everybody has different learning styles and there is no one-size-fits-all solution but do you think there is one study technique that stands out and can help the majority of students of all different types achieve academic success regardless of their learning style?
