I'm not an Israeli, nor have I ever been there. Still, I'd like to do my part in countering Palestinian propaganda

It seems like a lot of the times, when I'm discussing Israeli politics or the Israeli/Palestinian situation, I'll be met with Palestinian propaganda (even from people who call themselves centrists, I'm assuming they've just fallen for the propaganda but I don't know what goes on in their minds). I'm not Israeli, nor have I ever been there, so do you think I should 1) keep talking shit about the other side and say "this is just what I've heard or read" or 2) not talk at all so I don't spread more disinformation?<br><br>Thanks!
