This is what I got:<br>"Thanks for reaching out to our support team! Unfortunately, all of our support agents are currently busy. We'll respond to your message within 24 hours."<br><br>A 24 HOURS WAIT TIME? <br><br>WHAT ARE YOU FOR if you can't even answer when someone has an issue?<br><br>This is the message I got:<br>"Those who have a reducing balance subscription will be charged on the 28th of every month (12:00:00 AM UTC). Those who use up their balance ahead of the monthly renewal date will be charged for an additional $20 until they’ve used up the entire amount. If their balance is below $20, they will be charged for the actual amount they’ve used."<br><br>Nowhere in the ToS does it say that. Nowhere in the site does it say that. <br><br>I had a subscription. I ran out, paid $20, and then used the rest. At the end of the month they charged me the $20 AND another $20.<br><br>I tried to let them know I was going to cancel. I want to know if they can just waive it and I'll pay the reducing one. I DO NOT WANT THAT $20 CHARGE<br><br>BUT THEY HAVE A 24 HOUR WAIT TIME.<br><br>I tried to cancel. IT WON'T LET ME. <br><br>I had a subscription. It ran out. I paid and then used it. I paid the $20. <br><br>They tell me to buy more credits at 10 or 20 and I did. They charged me the 20 and another 20. If you have the monthly subscription and you run out, it will charge you the 20 you paid for the first time (the initial subscription) and then another 20. <br><br>I cancelled. I CHANGED MY MIND.<br><br>NOW I WANT TO KNOW IF THEY CAN GIVE ME JUST THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. I DO NOT WANT TO PAY THAT 20! I WANT THE REDUCING BALANCE SUBSCRIPTION. <br><br>NOW I WANT TO PAY THE 20 BUT I DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED 2 TIMES FOR THE 20 DOLLARS.<br><br>NOW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT FOR 24 HOURS FOR GOD SAKE.
