Why is no one talking about the fact that RSVP's are in violation of the GCA and the 2nd amendment?

Let me break it down:

The Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA) has wording that states that if the maker of the tool can't or refuses to fix it when approaching the maker you can't be barred from buying one to be used in its intended way. Well, the GCA was written in response to the '68 riots where the National Guard was trying to shut down any legal purchases of firearms. Anyways if the manufacture either: has gone out of business or doesn't want to fix the tool.

It also says the intended use of any of the tools regulated by the GCA is personal defense. So the militarization of the police is also unconstitutional because police are only suppose to enforce breeches of the law.

So RSVP's violate the 2nd and 18th amendment because the militarization of police to enforce breaching of laws is not intended use. Then the manufacture the government who refuses to defend it's people from breeching the law that if the people try to fix it themselves will end up just arresting.

It also says the intended use of any of the tools regulated by the GCA is personal defense.
