Ive lived a very lonely life. Im not trying to be a victim but i have no friends. I have no family to speak of. I have a few coworkers who are okay. I try to interact with people.

Random people are so hostile to me its crazy. I have a pacemaker so i get a little short of breath when i walk. I try to be nice to everyone. But people will pass by me and say "glad you're about to die". People have said shit to me about being a loser and a nerd. People think its okay to say shit to people they don't know. We can't all be models with tight bodies and awesome personalities. Some people just exist and that's okay. I'm not a burden on society.

Its okay to be a little lonely. But some people go too far and I think theyve been conditioned to.

Random story:

I took Uber to the airport. And this very enthusiastic Uber driver was trying to make friends with me. He was younger, like 20s. He had been driving for a while and said he's never really made many friends as an Uber driver. So i was trying to be nice. I said "well i can't explain what happened to me but im done interacting with people."

He was very confused. I told him how i was in this relationship and my (ex)gf cheated on me. I cut her off convo-wise. I met this new girl who i thought was my soulmate. She ended up cheating on me too. I met another girl who i thought was my soulmate. I lived with her. She busted my laptop, stole my computer, and changed all my passwords. I had no money and no way to communicate. She ended up leaving me. I was left with nothing.

This driver asked why women keep cheating on me. I told him:

"I'm a nerd. I have a child's face. I'm older so women have been with their fair share of chads and now they want a nerdy guy. I have a child's face so i always look young. I'm 40. I look 25. I have long, black hair. I'm tight and go to the gym everyday. I have money. I'm a software engineer. I have a nice car. Im a nerd though. I like strategy games and D&D. Im an anime trole. I know everything about my faovrites shows. I have no real friends. I go out by myself. I'm a little awkward. I don't know how to talk to people."

He was very confused. Why would i not be able to talk to people. I tried to explain:

"I like to talk about strategy games and anime and movies. When i try to talk to people they have no idea what i'm talking about. I'm awkward and dont know how to talk about anything else. When i'm alone i'm okay with that. I'm not lonely. I dont need anyone."

So he said: "thats whats wrong with people today. We dont know how to talk to each other."

I told him:

"yeah. people are so focused on themselves its not even funny."

He was like "yeah, everyone wants to be a creator. Everyone wants to be TikTok famous. People dont interact with each other."

And im like.. "yeah. but this is how it is now."

People have become very hostile. Many have a lack of empathy and there are a lot of sociopaths out there. And everyone is too busy with their phones to care about anyone else.

I'm not saying thats everyone. But its definitely a subset of people.

EDIT: so many of you are telling me to go out more. You have no idea how much i go out. You know nothing of my life. Several of you have said i should kill myself. That's not okay. Not only is that hostile, its the type of hostility i was talking about.
