How do I deal with people asking me how I'm able to speak English so well even though my language is like______?

Like every single time whenever I'm abroad when I meet new people they all seem to make this comment<br><br>Hands down the most annoying comment ever <br><br>Like I kinda want to say to them <br><br>I'm sure China has its own people who say extremely offensive stuff about people in your country <br><br>But I'm not gonna make assumptions about you because you look a certain way <br><br>I'm not sure if I would be too sensitive and take this comment too seriously as it's possible that they genuinely think that it's surprising that a person who speaks a language that's significantly different from English might not speak English so well so I really wanna hear how you all deal with it
