I'm sick of people saying if men don't man up women will take over all the jobs men do

Men are already starting to hand over most positions of power to women. When I was at high-school it was apparent to see that the majority of the girls were more academically inclined and hard working than most of the boys. We can already see the results of this as the majority of uni graduates in most countries are female. It's not going to be hard for these women to make the jump into high paying careers. Any man who thinks he's too good for education and expects a well paying job with no hard work will be in for a rude surprise. Also I think it's stupid to think that women are incapable of doing traditionally masculine jobs. I've seen plenty of women who are as skilled, if not more skilled than men when it comes to plumbing, electronics and carpentry. So if men don't man up women will take over most positions of power and there's nothing we can do about. So men need to get their shit together.
