I (f15) want to breakup but my ex (m16) won't let me and is threatening to ruin me socially if I do so. How can I break up with him without these things happening?

I (f15) dated my boyfriend (m16) for two years, and two weeks ago I decided to break up with him. I broke up with him in the most respectful way possible, and he seemed to really understand that we weren't meant to be. He even said that he had a good idea we were going to break up anyway. Fast foward to two weeks later, and I still haven't been able to get off the $#*!?! breakup merry-go-round. I broke up with him again over text message (this time) and I thought that he had finally grown up and we could move on with our lives, until I found out that he had been sending inappropriate comments about me to random boys, and spreading horrible lies about me. I confronted him about it, and when he wouldn't break up with me and I told him I was going to report him to the authorities he said he "would ruin me socially". Turns out he really did ruin me socially. I have students I don't even know coming up to me telling me $#*! like "I heard you have a huge butt, can I see it?" or people calling me horrible names and even some kids telling me that they saw me and my ex doing some pretty sexual things. It really hurt me when I heard these things. He has even gone to the extent of breaking into my email and making me look like a bad person online. I've even gotten messages from people I don't even know talking about how "tainted" I am. He even went as far to tell my parents that I've been sneaking out of the house to have sex with him. I really don't know what to do, I have tried so many times to break up with him but he just wont let me. I want to report him to the authorities but I can tell he's going to make me look like the bad person in this situation and it's horrible. I don't know what to do.
