Handling an interrogation

I'll make this short. A few weeks ago I got caught and now I'm on my 3rd interrogation. The man has about 2 hours of footage trying to pinpoint me to a crime I didn't commit. Let me tell you I'm not some dual black belt and paired with my ADHD, I... am not a good liar. I'm sure I will crack eventually but does anyone have advice of what not to say when in this scenario?
