Why would a capitalist country strap down a man for covering his face?

I have been getting plenty of forms of harassment online from the police. I would get suspended and I'm getting more and more accounts banned online. I would get these messages that I would get in trouble and fined if I remove my face or wear covering. The capitalist country I'm living in is ruled by the laws of the police and that's why there is no forms of freedom I can speak up and show my voice to the public. The only thing I could do is to go through the appeals process and wait for a long time. I could remove our face covering and I would receive no fine. What the hell.
