Boyfriend (24m) just told me (26f) that he feels like he's stuck in a rut with me

I've been dating this guy for 4 years, we live together, and we're thinking about getting married. Recently, I've been upsetting him a lot, though. <br><br>He's really into video games, and I'm learning to play. I had the opportunity to meet one of my favourite streamers, and I asked if he could come with me. <br><br>He said no because he's going through a hard time in his life, and I stupidly asked him what that had to do with anything, which he took as me invalidating his feelings. <br><br>Also, I've been depressed lately, and he's been getting annoyed because I've been sleeping all the time. <br><br>When I woke up from a nap recently, I asked him why he was so quiet. He said "I just feel like I'm stuck in a rut with you." I asked him what he means by that. He said that I'm just a very boring person, and I'm not that interesting to him, and I make him feel like he can't express himself freely. <br><br>He also said he feels like he lose himself when we're together, which I took very personally. I told him I don't think I'm a boring person, but he said that I am. <br><br>I asked him what he thought we could do to make our relationship better, and he said he'd nothing to add. <br><br>I don't know what to do. I just feel so alone, and so worthless. I don't know how we can make our relationship better when he's accusing me of being boring and making him feel suffocated. I need advice. <br><br><br><br>TLDR: I feel like my boyfriend is fed up with me being boring, lazy, and selfish.
