What are some dynamics you think will definitely change in the way American presidential elections are carried out in the future?

The way Joe Biden won the election of 2020 by receiving a record breaking 81 million votes and the way mail in ballots were used and tested en masse during the COVID 19 pandemic makes me believe that, moving forward, mail in ballots and the practice of allowing people to mail in their votes early will be a regular feature of future elections. Republicans will likely try to win the battle to stop Democrats from codifying early voting and vote by mail into law but Democrats will likely get their way in the end. It just seems like too big of a change and too big a departure from the way things were done for too long not to be a turning point into a new normal.
