I (38m) just found out that my brother (19m) has been perving on my wife (37f)

Throwaway cause I'm still the only one that knows <br><br>Background: My brother has been staying with us since lockdown, after his University closed. He couldn't stay with our parents cause they just sold the house and moved to a 1 bedroom apartment and our sister lives in a different part of the country. He was the "oops" baby so I hope that explains the age gap. My wife and I have a 5 bedroom home but currently don't have children yet (we decided to adopt 2 kids in our 40s) so we let him stay here. <br><br>My brother has always been... Different. He's a bit of a loner and doesn't have a lot of friends outside of his online group. He's a shy geeky kid but he's otherwise alright (or so I thought) when you get to know him. He's been helping around the house and keeping up with his chores as agreed and he's been extremely quiet during quarantine staying in his room most of the time. We've been friendly, made sure he feels included when he's not holed up in his room and even took him with us to the grocery store sometimes (he refused to go to the gym with us pre lockdown) <br><br>Here's the problem: <br><br>One day, I was hanging laundry on the clothesline. I saw my wife take a shower then come out to give me a kiss (romantic, I know). As she was walking back to our bedroom, I noticed my brother in his room, starring at her through the window (he had the blinds half open) I wasn't sure what he was doing but my brother's gaze didn't move. I shrugged it off thinking he was just bored (or perhaps he likes to look at clouds, who knows) <br><br>The next day I noticed him do the exact same thing. I was in the kitchen making coffee and my wife came out to the patio in her swimsuit. My brother was looking at her through the window and this time I'm certain of it. He was perving on her. It made me feel sick to my stomach quite frankly so I couldn't bring it up yesterday. <br><br>I'm not sure what to do. I find it extremely uncomfortable that my brother might have a fetish for my wife. How would I even bring this up with him? He doesn't have any friends to speak of so I can't tell him to stop being such a creep and go get laid.(yes I know that's the ultimately solution but I don't think he's ready) <br><br>Should I tell my wife? If I do, there's no way he'll be staying with us and I don't want to send him to live with our parents. Not only does he need his space but they might think that my "hot" wife is causing problems between "the boys" I know they'd believe me but they'd try to find a solution where he can still stay with us.
