What would you do if your parents ideally wanted 2 kids but then found out you (a second kid) was going to be disabled or handicapped?

Pretty much as per title. The idea is their first child is perfectly healthy. But then they find out their second kid is going to be disabled, ideally something like blindness for example. How would you react? I imagine a lot of people would be too afraid to ask and not want to ask a OB for their thoughts on it.
