How to code after big pause?

Hello everyone. I am looking for advice. I am writing this post as I have missed a lot of coding. I really do not know where to start. <br><br>In 2017 I finished my studies, took a gap in 2018, then I was in a project for two months, and then stopped. It has been 6 years since I finished coding, and I miss it really much. I am feeling so lost, but I am willing to get back, but do not know where to start. I am so confused as I do not know how to get back to coding. I do not know how to prevent this situation in the future.<br><br>In the past, I have coded in Java, took a course in Python, and now I get advice to get into JavaScript. I really need advice on how to focus and not prevent this situation again.<br><br>Please, if anyone has experience, I would like to get some advice.
