What is the best time to wake up?

So this questions has been playing in my head lately, I'm sure everyone here has a different answer but I want to know your with the purpose of having the most productive day. <br><br>I wake up at 5am and I start to get ready for work at 5:30am, I am normally very exhausted and feel like I am missing on a lot of things and sleep. <br><br>Its gotten to the point that I am thinking of waking up at 4am, doing my fitness routine, doing my reading and all my time to myself before leaving for work. <br><br>But I am not sure if this will help or hurt me more. <br><br>What woke up time works best for you've y'all?<br><br>I am just trying to make the most of my day, and I am not sure when to.
