Did anyone ever found a bomb in a public place?

Was on a trip in India and saw a wired bag in the train. Opened to check and it was beeping.. (The lights were flashing red and a good old snake sound was coming out of it). <br><br> Was waiting for the boom to come but it didn’t. And we were 6 people on the same train before I finally got the courage to open the bag. Not sure if I would have done it in Europe or the US but it was the middle of India so no one even cared.
