My worst shoplifting experience

I'm new to this chamber, but I'm not new to lifting. That's why I share this with you, because I've been through some traumatic experiences and I would like to continue my adventure in a smoother way.

About 3 years ago I was trying to steal a perfume and a pack of underwear from Mall. I entered the store, wandered around a little to make sure none of the security guard saw me. I went to the section where the perfumes are, grabbed one and put it in my purse. I thought I had been through the hardest part, but it was just the beginning. I started to walk away from the section and I noticed a middle-aged man staring at me. I realized that this man was following me because whenever I changed direction, he did the same. I knew for sure he was the shoplifter, because I saw his badge. I walked towards the exit, and the shoplifter followed me. When I approached the exit, I realized that I was trapped because the other exit was also closed due to the corona virus. I could not go out the way I came in. I knew they were watching me, because I regularly caught the shoplifter's eye. In desperation, I opened my jacket and I put the perfume under my sweater, because I was afraid they would arrest me when I came out of the store. I lost control.. I didn't know what to do and I had the feeling that I was going to throw up. I walked to the underwear section to try and make it look like I was not the shoplifter. I pretended to browse through the underwear for a while, and then I realized that they had lost sight of me. They didn't like that at all.. In the meantime, I was shaking and I felt a lot of tension in my body. I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. I thought I could escape the tension by putting on a bra with cups under my sweater, and I went towards the exit. I walked out of the store and no one stopped me. I thought I had escaped, but it wasn't until I encountered the shoplifter in the parking lot that I realized that I hadn't escaped at all. He asked me to come with him to the security office. I tried to convince him that I didn't have anything illegal on me, but that didn't help. I walked towards the office, went inside and.. it turned out to be a cardboard box about 5x5 meters with old chairs and a table in it. To call it an office is a bit too much, I think. The guard then asked me to show everything I had stolen. I took off my sweater, opened my jacket and showed him the perfume. He thought it was incredible and said that he had never seen anyone get away with something like this. He then searched through my bag and found a pair of underwear. He asked me if I wanted to call the police or the mall security. I didn't want to go to jail, so I said mall security. He then called the head of security and told him that he had caught a shoplifter. About 30 minutes later, two mall security guards came to the office. They took my driver's licence and searched for additional stolen goods. They asked me if I was alone in the mall and I told them I was with my boyfriend. They wanted to know where my boyfriend was and I told them that he was at the food court. They asked me to describe my boyfriend and tell them the direction he had to go. I pointed him in the direction. 30 minutes later, they came back with my boyfriend, who was also a shoplifter. They took us both outside the mall and told us that we were no longer welcome. They regularly sent letters to see if I had been caught shoplifting. That scared me. I have been traumatized by this experience and I would like to continue my experiences without traumatic experiences. I now live in a different city, but I would still like to continue my hobby..
