Hi. I am 29 years old. I done it. I purchased my first house. I never thought i could make it before I turned 30. I always assumed it was an impossible dream. I thought up until a year ago that the housing bubble was untouchable.

I’m saying this on here because i want you to know that this is possible. You can own a house, you can have a family, make a new life for yourself. You can pay for everything yourself. We did. We worked hard. My career started to really boom in April of 2022, I started making a bit more money. I started to really save everything i could. In January my future wife and I put down that earnest deposit. We got approved for a loan and everything. I never thought this would happen to me. And now I’m sitting in my dining room looking at my fiancée. We are happy. We love each other. We worked this hard just for us and we did it together. If you want to own a house you can.

Edit: WOW! I just wanted to say thanks for upvoting and stuff. I am completely overwhelmed with so many kind comments and awards. I really didn’t expect this. I was just posting this because I want anyone on this chamber to know that this is possible. I am just a normal guy. I’m not rich, I don’t come from wealth. This is a fresh start for my new fiancée. We both have struggled a lot in life and we are just happy. We worked hard for this. I just want everyone to know that if they want to own a house, they can. Thank you!
