Smart bike lock

I had the idea of a smart bike lock that gives a gps, location, size and color of the bike attached as well as a description that you can change. The lock can be unlocked remotely to prevent theft with a small beeper when someone has been tampering with it for a while. The user must open the app and press unlock. If the Alarm goes off while the app is open, it should automatically start live streaming and send the location to the police.
