I (M28) found out I am infertile due to low sperm count. How do I (M28) tell my girlfriend (F24)?

As the title says I went to see a doctor because we weren't getting pregnant. She is 24 and I am 28. I'm sorry if this is a little graphic but I'll summarize what I found out. Everything is normal on my end. My balls are working fine and I'm producing enough "juice" but the juice isn't fertile. My sperm count is on the lower end of the scale and the ones I do have are a bit on the slower side. <br><br>I asked the doctor what we can do about it and he said we could try a specialist but otherwise there is nothing else we can do. <br><br>My girlfriend is concerned about not being able to have kids and I know she wants to have kids in her 20s. <br><br>How do I break this news to her?
