I have got a job offer. I feel extremely happy and confident that this job offers me a chance to achieve my future goals. How should I manage my life now?

I got an offer from the company I wanted to work for and in the division that I wanted to work in. I feel that this job is going to give me everything I need to achieve my goals. But the question is how should I manage my life? I have no mentor at the moment who can guide me on how to live my life now since I got everything I wanted. I want to work smarter not harder, I don't want to be a workaholic. I want to achieve my goals whether it's personal or professional smartly. I really need some advice.
