Does anyone have a good cornbread recipe? I am not looking for corn muffins or the cakey sweet cornbread or any of that nonsense, I am looking for corn bread.

I put corn bread on the menu for the week but I forgot I bought my wife a new recipe book with (you guessed it) corn muffins. I am not good at doing the whole cornbread (or other things) since I am a very by the book guy. I make it as best I can. I am looking for a recipe that isn't dry and crumbly. I can't be the only one who prefers cornbread.<br><br>I can (and am) posting on bread subs to help with that (though it seems everything on that sub other than yeast is cake). If you have cornbread recipe awesome! I love cornbread. I make it all the time.<br><br>TL;DR. Any good cornbread recipe?
