I'm 99% sure my grandma died, came back, and then forgot she died

My grandma was admitted to the hospital for a blocked artery in her heart. While admitted, she had a heart attack and after that heart attack she died and had no brain activity. She was pronounced brain dead 3 hours after they could not awaken her. They even did a test to check for blood flow and there was none. The doctors gave my family the bad news. The doctor told them that she would not be able to be saved.<br><br> 3 hours after she was pronounced brain dead, she woke up. The doctors were **_stunned_**. I'm not sure how she feels now, she is still recovering. It's been a week and my family have not told her that she died. It's been a week and I haven't seen her yet, but I plan to go visit in a few days. I don't know how she will react if my family tells her. I feel like she might think it's a joke, or maybe she'll even forget she died.<br><br> I also wonder if she remembers anything from when she was dead. I'd love to ask her.
