What do I do now with my spider?

So I have a G. Rosea and I only feed her once a week as I want her to grow faster, so I dropped a cricket in the cage and I could tell she was going to eat it but she didn’t close her web fast enough and it hopped away at the last second so she had to chase it down, that was so cool.
