What should /c/anime remember about the last 10 years of anime?

I am a long-time lurker of this subreddit. And recently I have been hearing this sentiment from many veteran users. This chamber is occupied by beginners who have just discovered anime during the "anime Golden Age" (2013-2023?). This isn't a problem in itself, but the problem is the nostalgia that they will have for the shows they watched during this period.

We have all seen what happened to simpler chambers like /c/redscarepod and /c/unpopularopinion. They are occupied by beginners who have watched a show in one sitting and now parrot whatever opinions they have heard on the internet. /c/redscarepod is overrun with teenagers who want to shit on anything mainstream or popular and now want to create that nostalgia for whatever is currently underground. /c/unpopularopinion has people who just print whatever popular opinions they have heard parroted back to them so they can feel like they're smart and rebellious.

/c/anime has been pretty much immune to this in my opinion, but I think it'd be great if we remember these last 10 years, which are the golden years of anime, so that we can prevent that nostalgia when these beginners grow up.
