How do you handle a kid saying something about your physical appearance?

One of my coworkers had a really hard time this year with a kid who said, “wow your hair looks really nice today. I really don’t like your hair.” <br><br>My coworker had a hard time handling it. The kid is 6. What would you do in this situation, or what do you think we should do?
