I'm a 38M who has done meal prep for years and never had any issues. When I started my new diet this year after Christmas, I noticed that my progress was not typical. No weight loss for a couple weeks, so I started taking a progress picture a day.<br>Wow.<br>I had bloat I had no clue about... and it changes daily. I thought I was failing my diet, felt terrible until I saw just how much my weight changes day-by-day.<br>This may be common sense for some people, but if you feel like you're failing... take a picture a day for a week and you'll see how much your weight and overall bloat can change.<br>I feel better and I'm back on track. My meal prep is fine!<br><br>TLDR: If you feel like you're failing, take a progress picture. You'll be surprised how much your results change from day-to-day. It's a great motivation and perspective booster.
