Why do I always feel so unmotivated?

Ever since I was born, I feel like I have always been so unmotivated to do stuff. I'm 35 now and figured I'd get out of this. I'm married to a great wife and a 3 year old girl who is absolutely amazing, so I have no lack of motivation to provide for them. Its just that I have to fucking drag myself to work every day, do anything around the house, etc. I feel like I'm not living how I should be and I don't know why I'm like this. Anyone ever feel this way?
