It feels so wrong to be preparing my meals for the week while my kids are home on their summer vacation.

I have a Monday to Friday 9-5 office job and have recently started preparing my meals for the week on Sundays. It feels so alienating to be in the kitchen while I hear the kids playing outside with their friends.
