My ex ruined me

My (32m) now ex (25f) cheated on me for the last 5 months or so of our relationship. I found out and dumped her a few months ago, but ever since my world has been upside down. She was my rock, my best friend, and I was the same to her. I'm in labour as well as in university, but she would always make sure I got a good night's sleep, hot meals, and overall made sure myself and our household run smoothly. I never appreciated her until she's gone. I got her to pick up everything she didn't need from the house, but she never did. She didn't even pick myself up from the airport (I was 2 weeks delayed from picking her up from my trip because of COVID). I'm severely depressed, and I'm currently pretty drunk, but I just wish I could turn back time and find out what I did wrong, and fix it. She wasn't a perfect woman, but she was my perfect woman, and now she's gone.
