If I was to take and buy a 6 pack of beer from Walmart while I was in Utah the police would pull over, I would be arrested, and I would be charged with a class B misdemeanor. A Utah man admitted to murdering a 12 year old girl and he's getting little to no punishment. Is this what you want?

It isn't unheard of for police in Utah to pull someone over and then search the car and arrest you if they find alcohol. <br><br>If I was to do that, the police would pull me over, search my car, find my beer, and charge me with a class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to 6 months in jail. They would also most likely take my car, and I would be fingerprinted and my mugshot would be posted online. <br><br>But in Utah, if I were to murder a 12 year old, I'd get 8 months.
