I transitioned to a remote worker straight through the pandemic and brought my Depo Therapists. Currently, I’m in the office 2 days and the rest of the week is remote.

I am a data entry professional in my 30s. Also, I take medication for depression which is normally an injection you receive every two weeks. The medication I receive is normally an injection in the arm. I communicated with my psychiatrist and worked out that this medication can be delivered in pill form for the time being. I am someone who is familiar enough with the working from home routine. Still, I am excited to get back into the office routine and transition back to in office worker straight after the pandemic. The Depo injections normally last for a couple of weeks so I normally make it to my doctorate appointments without issues. I made some time to switch to the oral version of the medication my psychiatrist is prescribing. I am considering the pill version of the medication long enough to make it back to my scheduled appointments. I am starting to get ready for transition by reducing the remote days straight to normalcy. I just switched back to the original medication and want to get back to in office routine straight through the pandemic.
