You know what my biggest fear for the future of humanity is?

Hyper-specialization. A world where agi has advanced to the point where my job, your job, every single profession can be fully automated, but agi hasn't advanced to the point where it can help me be more creative, make more art, play more video games, supercharge my brain.

Instead, we'll be forced into " super-efficient" super-specialized roles that humans can do marginally better than AI, and all human interactions will be about verifying work, quality control, and agi training data. And then you'll go home and watch super-super-super-high-quality AI generated movies, and pfp games, and agi generated music. And you can't even play a sport without an AI-ref, or do an art project without an AI-assistant, or go on a date, or surf the web, or go to school, or go to work. I want to play a game of basketball without an AI-ref, I want to go on a date where all the conversation is human, I want to go super-super-super super-super-super-super-super-super high, or completely sober. I want to be able to go to a club and talk to a human, I want to be able to go home and talk to a human.

I want my brain to be supercharged, not just my productivity, I want my creativity to be supercharged, not just my "content creation".

I want humans to be the ones pushing the boundaries of what's possible in AI, not AI pushing the boundaries of what's possible in humans. Just think about that, that's the world we're heading toward.
