An example of what I mean by that is DNA sequencing. For the last 15 years, it has been going at an exponential doubling rate in power and dropping in price, faster than computing for now.<br><br>DNA sequencing is underpinning the development of mRNA vaccines, of gene editing, of synthetic biology, of gene therapy, of bisulfite sequencing for onward epigenetic editing.<br><br>The epitome of an underhyped technology.
