For the last 15 years, it has been going at an exponential doubling rate in power and dropping in price, faster than computing for now.<br><br>DNA sequencing is underpinning the development of mRNA vaccines, of gene editing, of synthetic biology, of gene therapy, of bisulfite sequencing for onward epigenetic editing.<br><br>The epitome of an underhyped technology.
