[unpopular opinion] i hate the fact that alcohol is socially acceptable

alcohol is, in my opinion, the most dangerous drug available today, legal or not. alcohol is the only drug that you'll be praised for quitting, whereas if you smoked weed daily for years and wanted to stop, people would just tell you to smoke less. itottomhink that's fucked up, people who want to quit drinking will be praised while people who want to quit any other hard drug will just be laughed at.<br><br>also, living in ireland ((trimmed) doesn't help. i don't have a problem with drink personally, i don't drink much because i only just turned 16 and i have no life so don't get invited to parties often so i don't drink often, but that's not the point. my point is that i dislike the fact that alcohol gets the passing on most drugs. <br><br>example, i know a guy that does about 3-4 grams of mdma ( peril ) every week and will probably stop but his friend who drinks 8 pints on the weekend won't stop and will probably have a heart attack in 20 years but i guess anything can be bad in it's own ways so, yeah, that's it. just my toughts, thanks for reading :)
