Recipes that don't require an oven

Tonight I still haven't figured out how to use the oven in my new place, so I cooked the chicken in the stovetop and made a simple stir-fry with sautéed onions, garlic, ramen seasoning, bell peppers, spinach, and frozen carrots. It came out really salty, so I'll try to figure out ways to use the ramen seasoning with less salt. Some suggestions would be great!
