days like today make me feel so hopeless

i think i have social anxiety disorder and it’sdays like these make me feel like a total failure. i also have schizophrenia and it’s all just too much sometimes.<br>i should be grateful for life because i’m alive and everything, but there’s just somethingdays like thesedays like these that make me feel like i’m in so much pain that i’m ready to give up life already.
