Choose someone you trust and who knows you well.<br><br>They can fix your emotional state and help you to regain perspective. By reflecting on your relationship with your studies, you gain back control. The drive to prepare for the retake will come naturally to you.<br><br>4. **Take a short break.**<br><br>You need to feel better before you start studying again. Your inner drive is also connected to your well-being. However, don't take too long of a break. You need to get back on the horse. This helps you to avoid burnout and study more effectively. You should prioritize the subjects with the next exam. You will have plenty of time to prepare for each exam when you study regularly. When you prepare too early, you risk forgetting too much because it's too long until the exam. You need to find the right balance.
