What if Earth had no oceans?

Imagine Earth, (or at least the landmasses of Earth), without a speck of water on it at all. What would the climate be like? How would the geology be? What would happen in such a world? Or would this world simply collapse all together because of the lack of water? I'm curious to know.#####Edit: Holy crap, didn't expect this to blow up.
