How to spend an entire day on the internet and still be productive?

Honestly the title might be a joke, but I'm curious if anyone can provide a good answer to this.<br><br>Let's assume this is your day off, and you want to do some networking, learning, catching up with people online, creating content to grow your online presence, follow up on e-mail progress, maybe read something relevant to your work.<br><br>Obviously the mind is not a CPU and can't just multitask constantly, but I'd just like to know if someone has a routine that works for them.
