My (38M) sister (41F) is my only sibling and his the sole inheritor of my Father's Business (and I have no children) What should I do in this situation?

My father has passed away and I got in touch with my sister to come to our home town for the final rituals. She has been in New Zealand for past 10 years. She is married and has 3 daughters (18-22F). <br><br>Our father did not have a brother or any other siblings. My mother has 2 sisters and a brother. My wife has a brother and a sister. And I have no children, my son was still born. We didn't go for a second child as my wife's health was not good. <br><br>My sister is the sole heir to my father's property and his business as per Indian Law. <br><br>Now my sister wants to come to our home town with her family. But I would like to know if she plans to come back and stay here after inheriting his property. <br><br>I'm not sure how to talk to her about this, as she has been staying in New Zealand for past 10 years.
