AITA for asking guests to leave after they poured my expensive wine down the drain?

I had guests over for dinner and was serving an expensive bottle of red wine that I had been saving for over 10 years. One of my guests, who does not drink, saw me leave the bottle on the counter and grabbed it. I thought they were going to put it away but they ended up pouring the remainder down the drain. They asked me why I was so upset and I said that it was a $500 bottle of wine. They said they didn't like the taste and therefore poured it away. I told them off for wasting my wine and asked them to leave. They said I was being unreasonable for kicking them out and that they were just trying to help by cleaning up. I said they were being wasteful and disrespectful but they think I'm the one being an ass. AITA?

EDIT: This was 2 weeks ago and we haven't spoken since.

UPDATE: her and I had a talk last night and she just doesn't get why I was upset. She went on about how she was just trying to help clean up and that's how she treats leftover drinks at her house- she dumps them down the drain. She said she didn't want to drink it because she doesn't like wine and that she was trying to be considerate. I explained that if she didn't like it, she should have left it where she found it. I told her how valuable it was and that it was collected and that she wasted something of monetary value. She said she didn't care because it was just a bottle of wine and that she didn't need to be yelled at for trying to clean up. We discussed it back and forth and she went on about how she was doing me a favor and that I should have been more considerate of her feelings since she went out of her way to help me. I told her to order another bottle of that wine for me as an apology and she said no. She said she doesn't feel sorry for doing what she did. I told her I'd order one from her credit card and she said no again. She said I was being petty and that she didn't believe I spent that much on a bottle of wine since she's never seen me drink that much in the 5 years we've been friends. She even said that she could get a better bottle of wine for me for under $20 and that I was lying about the price. I showed her the receipt and pictures of the collection but she said she didn't care and that she didn't believe I had a collection worth hundreds of dollars and that I was just making it up. I just walked out after that.
