African Americans should receive more compensation than other minority groups

It's pretty clear that part of the reason African Americans have been held back for so long, and why there is such a disparity between races is because of how much longer they were held behind. Now, this doesn't mean that they should receive 100% of reparations and everyone else 0, it just means that part of the reason that certain people like Hispanics have a harder time getting out of poverty is that they are just as racist as everyone else and they also have a more recent chance to attempt to gain wealth. The average Hispanic got to the US in the 70s, while the average black person has been in the US for 9-10 generations. That's why the compensation should be divided into groups, 50% to African Americans, 15% to Hispanics, 10% to Asians, 10% to Native Americans, and 15% to islanders. A small part of this number also includes South Americans and Pacific Islanders as well.
