App to track any second hand or used products you give away to see where it goes or ends up.

It would be awesome to see where the things you give away end up. Like a couch you donated or a pair of jeans you sold to a second hand store or a t shirt you traded to a friend. It would be an interesting thing to track where second hand items go and how are they used.
