AITA for not letting my brother stay in my house for 2 months with my 13 year old daughter after he gets out the hospital?

My brother (32m) f38ed up recently and got into a fight with some people in a bar. He lost and got his ass kicked very badly. His jaw is fractured and he has lots of injuries from the fight. He stayed in the hospital for almost a week and the staff was talking about releasing him. He said he has no where else to go and asked if he could stay in my house. He said it would only be for 2 months and I said yes. <br><br>The problem is that I am going to be away from home for the rest of the year. I got a really good job offer but I need to be in the other side of the country to do it. So I wont be home until next year. That means that my brother would be staying with my daughter (13f) alone. When I told him this he was still volunteering to stay but my wife said its not a good idea. My brother has 0 filter in life and will do and say anything he wants. She was worried that my brother would make my daughter uncomfortable by walking around the house naked or something like that. I called my brother and told him we had changed our minds and he was very upset.
