I want to make an adult game

I have been working on a game for a year now. I recently got a new job and I want to make an adult game now. I’ve always wanted to but didn’t have the confidence. Now with a full time job I hope I can put more work into it. But I got a lot of new responsibilities and I don’t know if I can do it. What if I fail again? What if I do too little?
